This Privacy Policy explains how Paperplane Marketing (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses your personal data when you contact us through this website. We are the data controller for the information you provide, and you can reach us using the contact details below. Questions? Email hello@paperplane.marketing.
When you complete our “Book a Pre-flight Briefing” form we collect the details you submit: your name, company, work email, role, indicative budget, and any information you include about your goals. We may also collect basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) through standard website analytics.
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we’re a good fit, and arrange a briefing call. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. If we later send you marketing, we will do so only where we have an appropriate lawful basis and you can opt out at any time.
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records — typically up to 24 months after our last contact — after which we delete it, unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business — for example website hosting and email delivery — who process it on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by emailing us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
